Everything you need to know about our wax melts, delivery and bespoke orders.

Orders & Delivery

Orders are hand-poured in small batches and usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once posted, UK delivery typically takes a further 2-3 working days.

During busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day, dispatch may take a little longer. We will always let you know if there is a delay.

Yes. UK delivery is free on all orders over £30. Below that, standard delivery is charged at checkout based on the weight of your order.

At the moment we only ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch and we will see what we can arrange.

Yes. Local collection and local delivery are available on request, and are especially popular for larger bespoke orders such as bouquets and wedding favours. Just get in touch to arrange it.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched. If you have not received anything, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

Using Your Wax Melts

Break off a segment of a snap bar, or tip a melt pot into the dish of your wax burner. Light a tealight underneath, or switch on your electric burner, and the wax will melt and release its fragrance.

Never add water to your burner, and never leave a burning tealight unattended.

A single segment will typically give 8-12 hours of fragrance, depending on the size of your burner and the room. Once the scent has faded, allow the wax to cool and solidify, then pop it out and replace it with a fresh piece.

A few things can affect scent throw:

  • Room size - larger or draughty rooms need more wax
  • Nose blindness - after a while your nose adjusts and stops noticing a scent that is still there
  • Burner type - the dish should sit close enough to the heat source to melt the wax fully

Try using a larger amount of wax, or closing doors and windows to let the fragrance build.

Absolutely, and we would encourage it. Mixing is one of the best things about wax melts. Fruity scents pair well together, and sweet gourmand scents layer beautifully with vanilla or caramel notes.

Wait until the wax has fully cooled and hardened, then press gently on one edge and it should pop out in one piece. If it is stubborn, warm it for a minute then slide it out, or wipe the dish with a paper towel while the wax is still soft.

Our Products

All of our melts and candles are hand-poured using premium soy wax. Soy burns cleaner and slower than paraffin, and releases fragrance gently rather than all at once.

Yes. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We use plant-based soy wax and never test on animals.

Every single one. Each melt, bar and candle is poured, set, trimmed and packaged by hand in small batches. That means slight variations in colour and finish between batches, which we think is part of the charm.

No. Our fragrances are our own blends, created to evoke a particular mood or accord. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or copies of any designer fragrance house.

Safety

Wax melts should always be used out of reach of children and pets. Burners get hot, and melted wax can cause burns.

Some fragrance oils can irritate sensitive animals, particularly cats and birds. If you have pets, use melts in a well-ventilated room and give them the option to leave the space.

  • Never leave a burning tealight or lit candle unattended
  • Always place your burner on a heat-resistant, stable surface
  • Keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable
  • Never add water to the burner dish
  • Allow wax to cool completely before handling

Yes. Our larger candles, including the Gender Reveal Bear, produce a significant volume of melted wax. They must always be placed on a large, heat-resistant tray or dish before lighting, never directly on an unprotected surface.
